How long do shipments take?
A maximum of 72 hours from the receipt of an email that the order is being prepared.
Do you ship outside the peninsula?

Can the products be purchased in the salons?
You can buy all the products both online, in our APP, and in person at both salons in Madrid.

Are the products compatible with each other?
All Moncho Moreno products are perfectly compatible with each other.
Can I use the products after I have had a keratin treatment, etc.?
They can be used despite the fact that some of them contain sulfates since the amount is so minimal that it does not affect at all.

¿Los códigos del MonchoClub tienen fecha de expiración?
Los códigos de MonchoClub no tienen fecha de caducidad, pero los puntos sí. Por eso, te recomendamos que redimas tus puntos y guardes los códigos para poder usarlos cuando los necesites. En el caso de campañas especiales por días concretos en los que solo se utilizan 1 o 10 puntos para obtener descuentos, esos cupones solo serán válidos en ese momento.
¿Es posible combinar los códigos del MonchoClub con otros códigos de descuento?
Cada código de descuento se puede utilizar de forma independiente, por lo que no es posible combinarlos.
